What’s this all about, then?

Hello, I’m Alex. I set up this newsletter because a) it looks as though Twitter will implode any day now and b) I wanted more space to expand on Some Thoughts.

My first YA novel Oh My Gods came out in 2019, and since then I’ve been lucky enough to call myself an author. I’ve learned more about marketing, the craft of writing and myself in those four years than the rest of my life combined.
